Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality and effective care, unique to each individual patient with a commitment to restoring function.
You will be providing our patients with the most exceptional care in a compassionate atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Average daily patient census: 18-24 scheduled patients
- Perform comprehensive physiological examinations for new patients
- Formulate individualized diagnostic and treatment plans to establish new patients
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures in accordance with guidelines and protocol
- Perform large-joint and trigger point injections (training provided)
- Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage treatment plans and provide advice on follow up
- Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services
- Maintain quality of care standards as defined by the practice
- Complete timely and thorough documentation in EHR/EMR platform
Qualifications
- Active NP Colorado and DEA license
- Full prescriptive authority
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience in pain management, critical care, emergency medicine, or orthopedics preferred but not required
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
